Scarlett Roberts
Scarlett is an ex ballet dancer, exercise physiologist and clinical Pilates instructor.
She has a specific interest in using exercise prescriptively to manage chronic pain and to minimize the symptoms of long term pathology.
Scarlett has worked with a number of co-morbidities, the most common being cancer. Of the cancer patients she has pre-habbed, all remained symptom - free throughout treatment.

Matt McEll
Matt has been in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years training and coaching clients from weight loss and body transformations to event preparation and injury rehab. In all his years of experience he never once believed that one size fits all. On the contrary, he believes that variety, purpose, context and all round wellbeing are all part of the set of ethics that are the foundations when programming for his clients, no matter where and who they are.
Every client Matt meets and works with is different, but it is likely to also share common struggles. He, himself, has been through weight gain and weight loss. He has worked in an office environment and has suffered through shift-work life and burnout. He has experienced the intensity of countless marathon preparations and injuries. When Matt started his career as a Health and Fitness professional his focus from the get go was how to best help and educate others to achieve a lifelong change in their overall wellbeing through physical fitness.
Matt is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Biomechanics coach and a certified reformer Pilates instructor.
