Mat Pilates Classes are a great way to get in touch with your body. Our Classes focus on creating balance in the body by strengthening the core and postural muscles. Working on co-ordination and stability. They are design to make you feel great.
Mat Pilates Classes rely on your own body weight to provide the resistance for your muscle to work against. By doing so we aim to obtain a strong, slender physique rather than an over built one.
We will sometimes use small pieces of equipment in the class such as soft balls, resistance bands, wobble cushion or yoga blocks to help emphasize and enhance the exercises.
