Here is how it works:

I will ask you to complete a food diary on a daily basis with your usual eating habits. After the first week I will asses your diet and suggest any changes needed in order to sustain muscle growth. For the remaining 3 weeks I will still be reviewing your diary weekly to ensure that the nutrition plan is working well for you and we can make any changes if need be.
- Online training 4 week workout plan
In order to create a training plan specific for you I would like to schedule a Skype call to asses your current condition in terms of Muscle balance, endurance, strength and flexibility.
I will then create a training plan for you to follow.
Skype call once a week to answer any questions you may have, check your technique and progress. I will be as flexible as possible to let you get the most out of your online training.
